Terms and Conditions
A Pets Dream's terms and conditions have been put into place to protect the interest of our customers and to provide the best possible service and by using this website you are agreeing to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
No contract will subsist between you and A Pets Dream until A Pets Dream accepts your order by email confirming your order has been dispatched.
In the event a product being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged we will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account.
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit/debit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through our website. You agree not to use this website or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
All prices remain valid at the time you placed your order.
Payment & VAT
All payments are currently processed through Paypal.
VAT is charged at 20%.
How to place an order?
Simply browse the website and when you find an item you would like to purchase, click on the add to basket link and this will add the item to your shopping basket. The shopping basket will automatically save any items for you ready for when you check out.
Should you have any problems in placing your order or would prefer to order over the telephone you can contact us via telephone or email where our sales staff will be happy to assist you.
Once we have received your order we will check all the items are in stock and send you an email to confirm receipt and advise you on your expected dispatch date. We try to dispatch all orders within one working day.

Carriage Charges
Our small orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and our larger orders are sent via UK Mail or DHL courier, all delivery services require a signature on delivery.
We only sell within the UK and the postage charges within the UK are below:

Our carriage charges are calculated by weight and each parcel can carry upto 25kg.
Stock
We try to keep all of our products in stock all of the time. If we are unfortunately out of stock of an item, when we send you your confirmation email we will advise what items are unavailable and possible alternatives or stock delivery dates.
Also if you do not see what you are looking for please contact us, we have access to over 20,000 pet products through our vast range of suppliers so we should be able to source the product for you within 7 days.
Refunds & Replacement Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us for a returns number within 7 days of receiving your order and you can do so in the following ways:-

Please include details of reason for the return and advise if you would like an exchange or refund. Please return your order in its original condition with the returns number clearly marked on the package and send to:

Please note if the item(s) arrive back to us not in saleable condition, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please note you cannot cancel your contract for services which have already been carried out for example postage and packaging.
If any item of your order is damaged or you find it's not the item you ordered we will arrange collection of the item providing the item can be collected by our courier and you contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will then arrange to send out a replacement. Please ensure all returns are packed as received.
